Why haven’t I received an email confirmation?
First things first, check your junk folder…
If that doesn’t work, providing your order was successful, we can email your order details straight over, so please get in touch. Also, if you hold an account with us, you can check your order status with us….easy peasy eh! To create an account, simply click here to register.
What happens after I’ve ordered?
Yes, we know you are super excited and can’t wait to receive your new goodies. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email containing your order number and confirmation details. All you have to do now is sit tight and wait for your order to arrive.
I’ve made a mistake, what do I do?
Oops, maybe you’ve hit the purchase button before you were ready or ordered the wrong size by mistake. Don’t panic, we can help. Just drop us a quick email and we'll be able to assist.
How do I know what size to order?
Getting the right size can sometimes be tricky, so we’re here to make sure you get it spot on. It’s important to know that a lot of our Vintage Inspired brands run small and the label is not always true to current UK and International sizes.
Wherever possible, we’ve supplied you with the manufacturer’s measurements for each item so please carefully check the size charts for all information before you purchase (Size Charts) or alternatively, drop our team a quick email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to advise you accordingly.
How do I get a refund or exchange?
We’re sorry the item ordered isn’t quite right on this particular occasion, but don’t worry Bohemian Finds will offer a refund or exchange on any item (excluding pierced jewellery) that you are not completely happy with. Just post it back to us in a saleable condition with the tag attached and return form completed within 30 working days. Where is my order?
Don’t worry we are sure it’s on its way, but if you’d like to contact our Customer Service team, we’ll be pleased to help you track your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, deliveries within the UK may take 1-3 working days excluding bank holidays to arrive. Thank you for your patience.
How long does it take for my order to be despatched?
We aim to have your order sent out within 2-3 days of purchasing. If you are in a hurry however, please drop us a quick email and we'll do what we can to expedite your delivery.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, for peace of mind all UK and international post packages are sent tracked and signed for. You will receive a confirmation despatch email once your order has been fulfilled with details of your unique tracking reference number.
I have more than one order outstanding, can you combine them?
Yes of course, if you have more than one order in our system at the time of packing, we’ll automatically combine them and will refund any shipping owed.
I've just placed an order and want to order again next week. Can you hold my order so I can save postage?
Due to space limitations and admin logistics, I’m afraid we can’t hold orders to combine with future orders you are intending to place.
I have an invoice for a reserved item, can I add items to it?
Once invoices are created, we can't add items - so simply place an order for the additional items on the website. We will combine outstanding orders as explained above, and refund excess shipping charges, if applicable.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please post it back to us in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt, along with the return slip with your order number, details, and what you'd like to do with your returned item (i.e. exchange, refund etc). Do you have parking?
Yes, there is parking directly outside Vintage Retreat. There is also restricted zones for council parking nearby with 2 hour bays. Mayorhold car park is also a 2 minute walk away.

Do Bohemian Finds sell Gift Cards?
Once you've paid, you'll receive an email or text with your Gift Card code. If purchasing for a friend, you will need to give them the code so that they can enter it at checkout to make their purchases.
How do gift cards work?
Gift Cards are a fab way to show someone you care, whether it be Birthdays, Christmas or ‘just because you love them.’ Simply add the gift voucher to your basket and follow the on-screen instructions to purchase. The recipient can then redeem the voucher by entering the unique code at check-out… hey presto, the discount will automatically be applied. Click here to purchase a Gift voucher.
Can I get a physical Gift Card to give as a gift?
We don’t generally issue physical gift cards but if you would like a card to write the code on, please email us on email@example.com and we will send one out.
